1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using USA Radio Stations (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in the place where you live. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor’s use of the Service.

2. What USA Radio Stations provides

USA Radio Stations is a discovery and directory service. We organize factual station information such as names, call signs, frequencies, formats, cities, states, radio markets, official websites, and online listening availability.

We are not a radio broadcaster. Audio is supplied by independent stations, networks, or their streaming providers. We do not control the programming, advertising, schedules, geographic restrictions, or technical availability of those third-party services.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, and non-commercial listening and research. You may not:

• interfere with the Service, its security, or another visitor’s use;
• use automated requests in a way that overloads the website or bypasses reasonable access controls;
• extract, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell, or commercially exploit third-party audio through the Service;
• misrepresent an affiliation with USA Radio Stations or a listed station;
• use the Service to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other applicable rights.

4. Third-party stations, streams, and websites

Station streams and external websites belong to their respective operators. Their own terms, privacy notices, geographic rules, and fees may apply. A listing or link does not mean that USA Radio Stations owns, endorses, or is affiliated with that station.

Streams can change or stop without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular station, program, song, or stream will be available, uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or suitable for your device.

5. Intellectual property

The USA Radio Stations name, site design, original editorial text, data organization, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Station names, call signs, logos, broadcasts, recordings, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party content to USA Radio Stations or to a visitor. If you believe a listing or other material infringes your rights, follow our DMCA and removal procedure.

6. Favorites and other device-local features

Favorites and the most recently played station may be stored in your browser. These features are provided for convenience and may disappear if you clear browser storage, use private browsing, change devices, or block storage.

7. Advertising and analytics

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that station data, streams, schedules, or external links will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USA Radio Stations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, third-party streams, external websites, or an inability to access them.

9. Changes and termination

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, other visitors, or third-party rights.

These terms may be updated as the Service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
