WRVD 90.3 FM is the Syracuse signal of WRVO Public Media, a nonprofit NPR member service licensed to the State University of New York. Its schedule combines NPR and BBC news with local reporting, interviews, analysis, public affairs, and weekend cultural programs.
WRVO’s studios and administrative offices are based at SUNY Oswego, with an additional studio at the university’s Syracuse campus. The network covers more than 20 counties across Central and Northern New York, including full-power signals in Oswego, Syracuse, Utica, Watertown, Clayton, and Fenner.
