Listen to KEXP 90.3 online
KEXP 90.3 FM is a listener-supported music station in Seattle, operated by Friends of KEXP. Its independent DJs mix indie rock, electronic music, hip-hop, roots and global sounds within an eclectic Adult Album Alternative (AAA) format.
Founded by University of Washington students in 1972 as KCMU, the station moved to 90.3 FM in 1986 and became KEXP in 2001. Today, its Seattle Center studios host Live on KEXP: filmed performances and interviews with emerging and established artists, reaching music fans worldwide.
KEXP shows and DJs
The Morning Show features John Richards—John in the Morning—and his message, “You Are Not Alone.” Cheryl Waters hosts The Midday Show. Drive Time features DJ Riz on Mondays and Evie Stokes Tuesday–Friday; Kevin Cole hosts Variety Mix.
Specialty shows include Wo’ Pop for global music, Positive Vibrations for reggae and Jamaican sounds, and Audioasis for Pacific Northwest artists. The schedule below uses Pacific Time.
