DMCA Notice

Our role

USA Radio Stations is an independent radio directory, not a broadcaster. We organize station information and connect a visitor’s player to an online stream made available by a station, network, or streaming provider. We do not claim ownership of station broadcasts, recordings, trademarks, logos, or programming.

A station’s presence in the directory does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or a business relationship with USA Radio Stations.

Station removal and stream corrections

A station owner or authorized representative may ask us to correct station information, replace an outdated stream, remove a logo, disable playback, or remove a listing. These operational requests do not need formal legal language, but we must be able to verify your authority to represent the station.

Use the Contact page and include the station name, call sign, affected URL, requested action, and your relationship to the station.

Copyright infringement notice

If you believe material available through USA Radio Stations infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, submit a written notice containing:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. the exact URL and a clear description of the material at issue;
4. your name and reliable contact information;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Choose “DMCA or copyright” on our Contact page. We may request the notice as a signed attachment or ask for additional verification before acting.

What happens after a notice

We review complete notices promptly and may disable a stream, remove material, correct a listing, or request clarification. We may forward the notice and relevant contact information to the station, stream provider, or person responsible for the material so they can evaluate and respond to the claim.

Submitting knowingly false or materially misleading claims may create legal liability. Consider speaking with a qualified attorney if you are unsure whether material is infringing.

Counter-notices

If material you control was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact us with the affected URL, an explanation, your contact details, consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, and a physical or electronic signature. We will provide further instructions appropriate to the request.

Other legal rights

This process is intended to support compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. It does not replace other rights or remedies that may be available. Trademark, privacy, or non-copyright complaints should be submitted through the general legal category.
